Mohamed Ragab

Mohamed Wafa Ragab has been practicing law as a Solicitor/Barrister since 1993 and is also a Registered Migration Agent (No: 1278664). Mohamed is very passionate about the law. Mohamed holds two LL.B Degrees- one degree is in Civil Law and the other is in Common Law.

Mohamed is fluent in both Arabic and English and understands the importance of getting legal advice in a language you can understand. Mohamed maintains an active membership in both the Victorian Law Society and the Egyptian Bar Association. Although offering legal services across all areas of law, Mohamed has particular experience in criminal law, traffic infringements, motor vehicle collisions, insurance claims, contract disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency, debt recovery, family law matters, mediation, VCAT disputes and personal injury.

Mohamed enjoys giving back to the community and currently volunteers for the Royal Institute for the Blind and the Muslim Legal Network. He has also provided volunteer assistance to the Sunshine Youth Legal Centre and worked as a Victorian Legal Aid Legal Help Officer. Outside of the office, Mohamed is an avid reader and enjoys soccer, swimming, rugby and cricket.
